How can I pay ?
At this time, we offer the following payment methods:
Creditcard: You can pay with Visa, Mastercard and Amex
Paypal: Pay directly with your Paypal account
Ideal:Populair payment method for our Dutch customers
Sofort: Payment method for German customers

When to use 'Quote on shipping first' as payment option?
There are actually two reasons why you could use 'Quote on shipping first':
- As we do not exactly know all weights and sizes of the parts we are offering, we sometimes use estimated shipping charges. Especially outside the EU, these charges can be higher than you might expect. If you think our calculated shipping charges are excessive, you can use this payment method. Using this option, we will get back to you with actual shipping charges and from there you can decide whether you wish to proceed with the order or not. You won't be charged and there are no obligations; you can always cancel!
- For larger parts, or if you order from many different warehouses, we can also add € 999,- Euro of shipping charges to your order. By using the payment option 'Quote on shipping first', you can then place the order without payment and we will get back to you with the actual shipping costs. Again, no strings attached, you can always cancel afterwards.
Are the payment methods secure ?
Yes they are! We are using trusted payment providers, Stripe for creditcard processing and Dutch payment provider Mollie for Ideal and Sofort payments. These companies are known as reliable partners.
Do I receive an invoice ?
As soon as you place an order, you will get a confirmation with all order details. If you create a login, you can also see your order history with us. Right now, we can send invoices on request, but working on solutions for instant invoicing.
