About multiple warehouses
BartsParts sells spare parts for agricultural, grass- and greencare and material handling equipment which are on stock at our connected dealers. This is why we ship from alsmost 100 different warehouses in the Netherlands, Germany and Austria.
Pricing for several parts are shown as 'from' which means they are available from multiple warehouses and / or countries
Adding these parts to your shopping cart, will first lead to our the part's detail page, showing from how many warehouses the part is available
You can order the parts from the warehouse of your own choice. The amount is limited to the total stock available from each warehouse.
Which countries can BartsParts ship to ?
We actually ship to almost every country. At checkout you can choose from the list of available countries. If your country isnot in the list, we unfortunately do not ship there, but these are only a few. Please find the complete list of countries and shipping rates here.
How are shipping charges calculated ?
Shipping charges depend on a few variable factors:
- Country shipping to: For every country we have defined a standard shipping rate. We basically ship from the Netherlands, Germany and Austria, but at this time it does not make any difference from which country the parts are shipped.
- Amount of warehouses: We ship from almost 100 different warehouses. Charges apply for every different warehouse we have to ship from.
- Weight and size: Of course the weight and size of the parts are influencing shipping charges. As we do not know all sizes and weights, we estimate shipping charges. Within Europe this is pretty accurate, outside Europe this can be pretty expensive. In that case, you can choose at payment 'Quote on shipping first' and you will then receive a more precise quote for shipping.
Why are my shipping charges € 999,- ?
Sometimes it happens that we calculate €999,- of shipping charges. This actually means that we are not able to calculate accurate rates. This occurs if you order from over 10 warehouses or if certain parts you ordered are of excessive weight or size. If this happens, you can proceed your order and choose 'Quote on shipping first'. We will then get back to you with a detailed shipping quote on which you can decide whether you wish to proceed with the order or not (no fees or any obligations are involved).
Normally, after placing an order, your parts will be shipped the next day. Within Europe it usually takes 1-3 business days, outside Europe it can take a little bit longer. Do you need your parts really as soon as possible ? Please contact us and we can see what we can do for you. We are always looking for solutions!
If you order from abroad (outside the Netherlands) and parts have to be shipped from multiple warehouses, it can happen that we first collect the parts within the country of origin and then ship them to you. This might take 1-3 business days extra.
Which carrier does BartsParts use ?
BartsParts is connected to a platform called CheapCargo which calculates the best rates for your country. Most likely, parts are shipped by DHL, TNT or DPD.
Do I get a tracking number ?
Yes you do! As soon as we ship the goods, you will receive one or more tracking numbers, depending on how many warehouses we ship from. It can happen that you receive this number directly from the CheapCargo platform.
