Returns

At Bart’s you always have the right to return your parts for whatever reason. This is within a period of 14 days after receiving your goods. You will have to notify Bart within this period that you are willing to return your goods. This is preferably done by the special return form found on our website, but of course you can also e-mail us or send a WhatsApp (31-(0)6-17203518

After applying for a return, you will receive a confirmation of your request and instructions on how to proceed further. Shipping charges are on you, unless the return is a result of Bart’s mistake or if parts are broken or have any defect.
  
Important: Please do never return goods without requesting for it first. Returned good which were not requested for, will not be accepted by Bart.
  
If you return all parts as a result of a mistake of BartsParts, you will get a full refund, including shipping charges.
  

Warranty

Usual manufacturer’s warranty applies on all parts. In general this means a three month warranty after taking the part into use. If a part is already ‘Dead on Arrival’, this can be claimed on warranty as well. You can use our return request form as well for claiming warranty. After approval, you will also receive instructions on how to proceed further.

Please do not send warranty parts back to us without any approval. In some cases it can happen that returning the defect parts is not necessary.

Bart reserves the right to replace parts claimed for warranty by new ones. Nevertheless, it is also possible you will receive a refund, for example if a part is not available anymore.
